Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Every TheHypeBox plan — Launch, Rocket, and Velocity — includes a 14-day free trial. Here's what that means:

  • Your trial starts the moment you complete signup
  • No charges occur during the trial period
  • You have full access to all features included in your selected plan during the trial
  • If you cancel before day 14, you will not be charged anything
  • No refund is needed if you cancel during the trial — because nothing was charged

2. After the Trial Period

On day 15, your first monthly payment is automatically charged to the card on file:

No refunds after the trial ends. The 14-day trial is your opportunity to fully evaluate the service before any charge. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period after payment has been made.

3. How to Cancel

Canceling is straightforward — no phone calls required.

Option 1 — Account Dashboard

Log in and navigate to Billing → Cancel Subscription.

Option 2 — Email Us

Email riley@thehypeboxllc.com with the subject “Cancel Subscription” from your account email address.

  • Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep full access until the period ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period

4. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge
  • You will be notified by email to update your payment method
  • You have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue before your account is suspended
  • No refunds are issued for periods in which service was suspended due to non-payment

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're happy to help
  • In rare cases of extended service outages caused by our systems, we may issue account credits at our discretion
