2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways: (a) Information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing details when you register, complete a contact form, or book a call with us. (b) Business configuration data — including business hours, service descriptions, FAQs, and other content you provide to configure your AI automations and agents. (d) Call and communication records — including call logs, AI-generated call summaries, SMS and email activity, and appointment history processed through your account. (e) Technical data — including IP address, browser type, device type, and cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Services; set up and configure your account and AI automations; communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates; send operational notifications such as appointment confirmations and automation reports; respond to your support requests and inquiries; monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve platform performance; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms & Conditions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with: (a) Service providers — third-party companies that assist us in operating the platform, including GoHighLevel (CRM and automation infrastructure), Retell AI (AI phone agent processing), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database infrastructure), and Vercel (hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf. (b) Legal requirements — if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority. (c) Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. (d) With your consent — for any other purpose with your explicit prior consent.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website. 6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and account information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days following the end of your final billing period, after which it will be permanently deleted from our active systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8). We may retain certain records longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted data storage, access controls and authentication requirements, and routine security reviews. While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.
